What you will do

• Provide front-line support to clients via phone, email, web chat, and social media.
• Answer queries from a global client base on all products and platforms.
• Provide an execution-only phone dealing service (after training).
• Resolve trade disputes.
• Provide clients with technical support for front-end platforms and chart packages.
• Proactively engage with clients about financial markets and innovations.

Requirements

• A degree-level education (or similar experience).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• A genuine interest in financial markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident in using basic math skills, particularly mental arithmetic.
• Literacy in MS Office.
