What you will do
- Own and execute integrated B2B demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage content creation including blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers to support sales.
- Plan and measure success of online and offline events to generate leads and increase brand presence.
- Design and implement targeted account-based marketing strategies with sales collaboration.
- Track and analyze marketing performance focusing on conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
- Manage the B2B marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in South Korea with remote work allowed within the country.
- Native Korean speaker with business-level English proficiency.
- 5+ years marketing experience including 2+ years in B2B lead and demand generation.
- Deep understanding of the Korean B2B market and key industry verticals.
- Proven content creation skills for B2B including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Experience planning and executing successful B2B online and offline events.
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-growing startups.
- Background in EdTech, E-Learning, HR Software, or Well-being sectors.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B social media management.
