Technical Lead (.NET): Guiding a cross-functional squad to design, build, and deliver products using .NET and Azure microservices with an accent on scalability and integration. Location: Hybrid (3 days in Liverpool office)

Salary: £70,000–£85,000 depending on experience

What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary squad to deliver high-quality software.
• Design and build scalable microservices in .NET and Azure.
• Collaborate with frontend developers working in React and Next.js.
• Partner with product managers, BAs, and designers to translate customer needs into technical plans.
• Drive technical discussions and champion clean architecture.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading software delivery within a microservice-based environment.
• Strong technical background in .NET and Azure.
• Experience mentoring and guiding developers in a collaborative, agile setup.
• Must have at least one year remaining on their Graduate or Post-Study Work visa.
• At the moment, we’re not able to offer visa sponsorship.
