What you will do

• Own the design and delivery of high-quality cloud-native software solutions end-to-end.
• Build and operate serverless applications on AWS using Lambda, API Gateway, and ECS.
• Implement clean code and architectural principles aligned with the company's SSDLC.
• Identify, prioritize, and address technical debt to ensure platform reliability and operability.
• Define test strategies focusing on security, accessibility, usability, and non-functional requirements.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

• Expertise in clean architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Proven experience delivering AWS serverless solutions using CloudFormation and serverless frameworks.
• Deep practical experience with MongoDB schema design, performance optimization, and aggregation pipelines.
• Extensive experience with TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong security-first mindset with experience in threat modelling and cloud compliance.
• Ability to operate effectively in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
