What you will do

• Design and implement roadmap features to a high standard
• Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions
• Improve development processes, methodologies, and tools
• Ensure deliverables are well-tested and delivered on time
• Support deployment activities and investigate issues
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing
• Collaborate effectively to contribute to team success

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of software development experience
• Experience with server-side development in Windows C# .NET environment
• Experience designing scalable web service solutions
• Strong experience with relational databases (SQL Server)
• Strong experience with test automation (unit testing, BDD/SpecFlow)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo, Jenkins, GitLab)
• Strong understanding of design patterns, OO design, and refactoring
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or Lean/Kanban environments
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of payment processing or PCI standards
• Experience with software usability, system architecture, or information security
