What you will do

• Oversee payroll and financial operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Streamline and automate processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Manage fiduciary oversight of payroll funds and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead regulatory audits, compliance programs, and risk mitigation efforts.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing payroll and financial operations teams.

Requirements

• Must have 12+ years leadership experience in payroll and financial operations within SaaS payroll services.
• 5+ years experience with multi-jurisdictional payroll tax compliance and regulatory management.
• Proven ability to manage SaaS delivery models, SLAs, and enterprise customer support.
• Strong operational and financial management skills including payroll funding, reconciliations, and audit readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CPA, CPP or similar certifications preferred.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated payment environments is a plus.
