Location: Ideally located in eastern or central US. Requires travel generally once or twice a quarter (10-20%) for customer and corporate visits.

Salary: $139,000–$163,000

What you will do

• Advise customers on best practices to maximize hirify.global's value and drive ROI.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance to customers, navigating platform complexities.
• Lead strategic growth through robust relationships with users and executives.
• Facilitate advanced training and technology adoption for customers.
• Monitor customer KPIs, address deployment issues, and suggest product roadmap improvements.
• Engage in Quarterly Business Reviews and monthly health check calls, reporting on customer well-being.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States at time of hire and for duration of employment. Nonimmigrant visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
• Extensive SaaS experience in a technical role managing multiple customer accounts (DevOps Engineering, SOC analysis, or similar).
• Strong customer-centric approach, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Cyber Security frameworks and their applications in the secure DevOps Lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and query languages (SQL).
• Experience in monitoring and alerting in security, operations, or SecDevOps settings.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in hirify.global or similar security platforms (Splunk, Crowdstrike, qRadar, Exabeam).
• OSS skills in Otel and API scripting.
