What you will do
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of channel sales professionals to meet sales goals.
- Coach and mentor team members for professional growth.
- Manage day-to-day channel partner relationships in North America Central region.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
- Generate pipeline and develop strategies for new customer acquisition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on messaging, marketing, training, campaigns, and events.
Requirements
- Must be located within the United States (any of the 50 states).
- 6-8 years experience working with channel partners in Americas Central region.
- Proven success building revenue-generating partnerships from the ground up.
- Knowledge of security or infrastructure SaaS products.
- Fluent English required for communication and interview process.
- Success in achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets.

- Experience with identity and access management solutions.
- Experience in fast-paced hyper-growth environments.
- Bachelor's degree.
