Salary: $91,350 - $242,340 per year

What you will do

  • Lead technical sales motions including discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts for hirify.global Advanced Security.
  • Deliver presentations addressing technical and business challenges to diverse audiences.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on application security tools and AI-powered remediation.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop strategic account plans and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, product, engineering, and support.
  • Maintain pipeline health and provide customer feedback to inform product decisions.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
  • 4+ years experience in sales, pre-sales, or technical consulting, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 1+ year experience selling developer automation, AI, CICD, DevOps, or application security solutions.
  • Strong application security domain knowledge and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with both technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years experience with developer automation, AI, CICD, DevOps, or application security tools.
  • Experience selling in the SMB space.
  • Proven communication skills demonstrated through public speaking or content creation.
