Location: Hybrid in Addison, TX, with minimum three days per week onsite

Salary: $45,000–$120,000 annually

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineers, and Architects to ensure successful customer outcomes and platform adoption
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships aligned to business needs
  • Identify opportunities for platform expansion and increased ROI within customer environments
  • Manage data and activities to drive adoption, including value plans and risk tracking
  • Support Executive Business Reviews and contribute to Customer Success practice development
  • Maintain deep understanding of hirify.global solutions and their customer value

Requirements

  • Location: Must work onsite in Addison, TX at least three days per week (hybrid)
  • 1-3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles preferably in SaaS or SLED organizations
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience or interest in IT Operations, Security, or Vulnerability Management is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and self-starting skills
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 15% and work onsite at customer locations as needed
