Civils Manager

Location: Onsite in Ipswich or Glasgow, must have lived in UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance.

What you will do

• Engage with key customers to improve their experience by delivering repair, provision, and service availability with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Manage escalations and work allocation while coordinating project delivery and working alongside the wider project team and other technical leads.
• Take ownership of requests for new projects and platform works from proposal generation and design concept through transition to in-life service ops.
• Help develop and support the pipeline of new projects and understand the impact on the workforce.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to resolve complex problems and motivate high-performing teams.
• Experienced delivery agent with experience in delivering all aspects of work to clients directly and delivering significant and time-critical products.
• Significant experience leading and delivering complex projects, requiring management of short, medium, and long-term timeframes.
• High level of understanding of contractual commitments around delivery timescales and contractual obligations.
• Must have lived in UK for 10+ years to obtain DV security clearance.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of PRINCE2 functions.
