What you will do
- Support governance across the portfolio, coordinate reporting cycles, and establish forum structures
- Produce and review documentation for governance meetings, including managing RAID and change control artefacts
- Prepare packs for portfolio meetings and track actions, decisions, and minutes
- Track project and portfolio costs, support forecasts, monitor spend, and highlight variances
- Lead process improvement activities to drive consistency and efficiency
- Coordinate training on PMO processes and coach junior analysts
Requirements
- Proven experience in PMO and project planning within change or transformation portfolios
- Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Confidence working with financial data including forecasting and tracking portfolio costs
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Location: Must be based in or near Cardiff, United Kingdom
- Experience with PPM tools and P3O qualifications are advantageous
