What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver infrastructure and network implementation projects including office build and renovation.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of technology infrastructure projects and vendor logistics.
• Coordinate installation of voice and data hardware and structured cabling.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to gather requirements and support design.
• Maintain project schedules, risk logs, and provide weekly status updates.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing and Technology Change Management processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology project management.
• Experience in financial services or consulting environments.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure or telecom projects including network hardware (Cisco, Arista).
• Strong understanding of structured cabling, corporate infrastructure services, and network integration.
• Ability to work onsite in London including Friday evenings and Saturdays during installation phase.
