What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with SMB customers, identifying and addressing their needs.
  • Conduct personalized outreach via email and phone to drive new customer acquisition and account upgrades.
  • Manage sales activities to meet metrics such as customer meetings, pipeline generation, and booked ARR.
  • Collaborate with inbound BDRs, solutions consultants, and marketing teams to optimize sales efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and develop processes to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States, preferably Arizona; hybrid work required if within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX office
  • Experience in high-volume sales or transaction environments.
  • Strong communication skills focused on customer and partner engagement.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, detail-focused, persistent, and dependable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Travel up to 40% may be required depending on business needs
