What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with SMB customers, identifying and addressing their needs.
- Conduct personalized outreach via email and phone to drive new customer acquisition and account upgrades.
- Manage sales activities to meet metrics such as customer meetings, pipeline generation, and booked ARR.
- Collaborate with inbound BDRs, solutions consultants, and marketing teams to optimize sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and develop processes to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States, preferably Arizona; hybrid work required if within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX office
- Experience in high-volume sales or transaction environments.
- Strong communication skills focused on customer and partner engagement.
