Salary: Base Pay Range is $55,000 – $85,000. On Target Earnings (OTE) Range (base pay plus on target commission) is $115,000 – $135,000.

What you will do
- Independently manage the complete sales cycle for commercial-level business opportunities, from prospecting to winning the deal.
- Serve as a central point of contact, collaborating closely with Legal, Finance, Customer Success, and Quoting teams to finalize contracts.
- Take direct ownership of your individual pipeline, consistently hitting metrics and delivering closed/won revenue.
- Oversee the renewal and quoting processes to ensure a seamless experience for customers and internal teams.
- Identify new opportunities and nurture agency relationships within the SLED team.
- Drive the adoption of market-leading XDR technologies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in high-technology sales, product development, or business development is required.
- A background in the Security Software industry is a major plus.
- Documented track record of consistently meeting or overachieving sales quotas.
- Possess sharp time, account, and territory management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver high-stakes presentations.
- Ability to analyze market trends and agency needs to position hirify.global effectively.
