What you will do

  • Lead the most complex and high-impact customer implementations end-to-end
  • Manage implementation kickoff, configuration, migration, testing, and go-live
  • Identify risks early and drive solutions to keep implementations on track
  • Act as an informal escalation point for Implementation Managers when needed
  • Develop and refine implementation playbooks, migration patterns, and internal standards
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to resolve complex issues
  • Ensure strong customer communication throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Support smooth transition to Support or Customer Experience after go-live

Requirements

  • Location: New York, United States
  • Strong experience leading complex customer implementations
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems in fast-moving environments
  • Deep understanding of implementation workflows, data migration, and configuration
  • Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members without formal management responsibility
  • Strong collaboration across technical and customer-facing teams
