Salary: $81,000 - $135,000 USD

What you will do
- Assist teams by utilizing knowledge and experience of Agile frameworks to coach and empower them, while being flexible with changing needs.
- Drive outcome-focused decisions by coaching teams with empathy and expertise, guiding them toward decisions that help achieve company goals.
- Create and prioritize efficiency by navigating risks and dependencies, anticipating and mitigating technical collisions, removing impediments, and adjusting plans as needed to support seamless delivery.
- Mentor other Scrum Masters, leading and contributing to initiatives that further Agile practice across the company.
- Be part of a team supported by other Scrum Masters, with a work environment centered on transparency, empathy, trust and encouragement.

- An experienced coach with expertise in Agile frameworks who has helped teams and organizations maximize their performance.
- An Agile advocate who embraces, practices and openly communicates the benefits of Agile values and processes.
- A trusted partner who makes each team better by building strong relationships steeped in trust.
- A strong communicator who can engage and align with stakeholders at all levels, clearly express trade-offs, and generate an understanding of solutions that are best for everyone.
- A champion of continuous delivery and quality who guides Agile teams to deliver high-quality, working software frequently.
- Customer-oriented and focused on delivering measurable outcomes that improve the customer experience.
- A constant learner who strives not just to learn, but to apply what is learned in personal and professional life, then share expertise with others.
Nice to have
- Understand the benefits of multiple product development frameworks—such as Lean, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, etc.—as well as their unique value and how they can complement each other to drive effective outcomes.
- Familiarity with hybrid teams; experience working with hybrid or remote teams.
