What you will do

• Serve as the nucleus of the Implementation team, overseeing project delivery and operational health in a designated region.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Planning, Supply, Permitting, and Field Operations to ensure timely and accurate product installations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, balancing service with project execution.
• Proactively diagnose systemic issues, optimize processes, and ensure seamless local operations.
• Lead and unify diverse teams to drive accountability and high accuracy in project execution.
• Manage a full book of customers independently from inception to completion, adhering to PMO guiding principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations or project management experience, specifically within fast-paced, hyper-growth, or startup environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-party projects from inception to completion, handling 50+ ongoing priorities while meeting strict timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and unify diverse teams to drive accountability and results.
• Solid business acumen with analytical skills to diagnose root causes and deploy pragmatic solutions.
• Strong ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate problem-solving conversations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and technical project management tools (Salesforce; SQL is a plus).
