What you will do

• Lead complex and high-impact customer implementations end-to-end.
• Manage implementation kickoff, configuration, migration, testing, and go-live processes.
• Identify risks early and drive solutions to keep implementations on track.
• Help develop and refine implementation playbooks, migration patterns, and internal standards.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure strong customer communication throughout the implementation lifecycle and support a smooth transition to support or customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading complex customer implementations.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems in fast-moving environments.
• Deep understanding of implementation workflows, data migration, and configuration.
• Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide team members without formal management responsibility.
• Strong collaboration across technical and customer-facing teams.
