What you will do

Develop and execute strategies to grow Minecraft Education adoption among educators and learners worldwide.
Analyze player, educator, and usage data to identify opportunities for retention and engagement improvements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Education teams to align growth initiatives with curriculum and accessibility needs.
Define and measure key metrics for user awareness, activation, and long-term engagement.
Engage with educators to understand classroom challenges and inform product enhancements.
Design, test, and scale growth experiments to drive measurable global impact.

Requirements

Location: Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States.
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of product/service/program management experience or equivalent.
Experience driving adoption, retention, and engagement at scale.
Strong understanding of educator and student needs with ability to translate feedback into product improvements.
Experience launching products or features to market and improving product metrics.
Excellent collaboration and data-driven decision-making skills.
