What you will do

• Manage and grow social media presence for hirify.global Crypto and Rev X across multiple platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
• Create clear, compelling social-first content translating complex crypto topics
• Support product launches and campaigns with impactful social storytelling
• Collaborate with Product, Copy, and Design teams to plan and execute content initiatives
• Monitor crypto trends, market news, and community sentiment to create timely content
• Engage actively with the community to build a loyal following and track performance metrics to optimize strategies

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years experience managing social media for fintech, crypto, or Web3 brands
• Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for crypto, fintech, digital culture, and Web3 communities with ability to translate complex topics
• Experience with social media management and scheduling tools like Sprout or Meta Business Manager
• Data-driven approach with analytics experience to track and optimize content
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to have

• Experience with design tools such as Adobe and Figma
