What you will do

• Manage and grow the social presence for Revolut Crypto and Rev X across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and primarily X (Twitter).
• Translate complex crypto and trading topics into clear, social-first stories for a global audience.
• Execute social storytelling for product launches and feature releases while monitoring competitors and creators.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Copy, and Design teams to plan and execute content initiatives.
• Monitor market news and community sentiment to produce timely and relevant reactive content.
• Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies to increase growth and engagement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing social media for fintech, crypto, or Web3 brands.
• Ability to translate complex crypto topics into engaging and compliant content.
• Deep familiarity with X (Twitter) and crypto-native communities.
• Exceptional copywriting skills tailored to different social platforms.
• Experience with social media management tools like Sprout or Meta Business Manager.
• Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE, or the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with design tools such as Adobe and Figma.
