What you will do

• Manage and moderate communities on Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
• Increase user engagement and activity through discussions and community-driven activities.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners for co-marketing initiatives.
• Create relevant SMM content and identify trending crypto topics.
• Maintain close communication with product and development teams regarding features.
• Curate and develop the ambassador program to drive user acquisition.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C2) required.
• Proven track record as a community manager in crypto or fintech.
• 4+ years of overall experience in the crypto industry.
• Deep knowledge of crypto trends, slang, and market dynamics.
• Ability to adapt to different tones of voice.
