Community Manager (Crypto)

Location: Remote with a flexible work schedule

Salary: €1,500–€2,000 per month, based on knowledge and experience

What you will do

• Manage communities across Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
• Increase user engagement, activity, and community-driven user acquisition.
• Provide user support, collect feedback, and monitor satisfaction.
• Generate discussions, identify trends, and create relevant SMM content.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners on co-marketing activities.
• Curate and develop the ambassador program while filtering trolls and negative activity.

Requirements

• Fluent English at C2 level.
• Proven experience as a community manager in crypto or fintech.
• At least 4 years of overall experience in crypto.
• Deep knowledge of the crypto market, including its trends and slang.
• Ability to adapt communication to different tones of voice.
