Salary: $137,900 - $184,500 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead design, development, and deployment of machine learning and generative AI models to improve customer onboarding efficiency.
• Apply machine learning fundamentals and frameworks to solve complex business problems.
• Stay current with data science and AI advancements, integrating cutting-edge techniques.
• Use statistical knowledge to inform model development and ensure analytical reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy scalable models in production.
• Leverage cloud computing services, preferably Microsoft Azure, to build data science infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in data science delivering production-grade solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data science libraries such as PyTorch, Transformers, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBM.
• Experience with generative AI, agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Strong foundation in statistics including hypothesis testing and experimental design.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: Familiarity with C# and .NET integration.
