TL;DR

Data Scientist (AI): Analyzing and interpreting A/B online experiments to evaluate user engagement and generate actionable insights for Bing and MAI. Focus on uncovering meaningful patterns in large-scale telemetry data and delivering data-driven strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.

Location: Expected to work from the office at least four days per week if living within a 50-mile commute of a designated hirify.global office in the U.S.

Salary: USD $100,600 – $199,000 per year. In the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area: USD $131,400 – $215,400 per year.

• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B online experiments.
• Perform hands-on analysis of large-scale telemetry data.
• Develop and monitor key success metrics.
• Formulate data-driven strategies to understand correlations among critical Bing metrics.
• Communicate analytical methodologies and data visualizations across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field.
• OR Master’s Degree in a related field AND 1+ year(s) data-science experience.
• OR Bachelor’s Degree in a related field AND 2+ years data-science experience.
• Experience with SQL-like query languages.
• Hands on experience in design & problem-solving skills with one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C# or C++.

• Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 1+ year(s) data-science experience.
• OR Master’s Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years data-science experience.
• OR Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years data-science experience.
• Familiarity with search engines and online instrumentation.
• Experience with large datasets and interest in consumer online search behaviors.
• Experience with building machine learning models on large scale data.
