Salary: $233,000 - $267,000 (Region 1 US)

What you will do

• Rapidly prototype and move concepts to production within days.
• Design and implement backend logic for LLM-based AI agents focusing on reliability and tool-calling workflows.
• Own full-stack development including modern web frontends and native iOS/Android testing.
• Lead AI-augmented engineering practices using advanced tools for code velocity.
• Build secure, scalable integrations between internal AI engines and third-party services.
• Apply MLOps best practices including model monitoring, evaluation, versioning, and scalable data pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience building and maintaining production systems
• Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain/LlamaIndex and prompt engineering
• Expertise in at least one backend language (Python or Node.js) and strong frontend or native mobile development skills (React/Next.js, Swift, Kotlin)
• Strong focus on security and privacy by design for sensitive personal data
• Product-minded with a bias toward action and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Must be located in the US excluding specified states

Nice to have

• Experience in Digital Health or MedTech
• Background in conversational interfaces or automated concierge services
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or personal LLM projects
