What you will do

• Own the full feature lifecycle from technical scoping to deployment and iteration.
• Expand data structures and backend business logic to support evolving platform features.
• Build and visualize performance metrics through internal tooling and dashboards.
• Identify and implement improvements in development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Experiment with new frameworks to enhance platform capabilities and team productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack or backend development.
• Deep expertise in SQL and managing databases at scale.
• Strong experience with modern testing practices and frameworks.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across design, product, and engineering teams.
• Ability to work onsite in the Bay Area.
