Software Engineer, Core Product (Early Career): Building the technical foundations of a critical billing product that needs to be reliable and accurate at scale with an accent on transforming complex billing domains into efficient, powerful, and easy-to-use experiences. Location: HQ-San Francisco. Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate (with support from hirify.global).
Salary: $160K – $175K

What you will do
- Own your changes end-to-end across the full stack, ensuring value is delivered to customers before considering a feature shipped.
- Use AI tools (Claude Code, Graphite, etc.) as a core part of your workflow to design, build, and iterate quickly.
- Learn from and contribute to a highly skilled team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (PM, design, sales, customer success) to shape strategy and deliver value.
Requirements
- New grad or early-career engineer (0–2 years) with strong full-stack fundamentals.
- Comfortable using AI coding tools and eager to push the limits of what they can do.
- Enthusiastic about working on a broad range of technical challenges across the stack.
- Strong attention to detail with deep user empathy, in visual UX, API design, and everything in between.
- Excited to engage directly with customers to shape the hirify.global product.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate (with support from hirify.global).
