What you will do

  • Serve as the primary Marketing contact for Product Development, Sales, and Service teams for Government and Taft-Hartley initiatives.
  • Develop and implement multi-media selling systems and train sales teams on their effective use.
  • Create and own compelling marketing programs with a heavy focus on digital execution.
  • Establish a market-leading narrative and value proposition for the Government segment, integrating thought leadership content.
  • Interpret data analytics and develop case studies to validate results and support sales objectives.
  • Keep current on legislative and regulatory developments to identify new distribution opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Marketing or Product Management, preferably in Retirement services.
  • FINRA fingerprinting is required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the competitive retirement marketplace, particularly the Government space.
  • Strong research, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Must maintain reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work.
