What you will do

• Lead product and solution launches across departments, prioritizing product features and providing consulting and management support.
• Partner with Product Management, Product Development, Sales and Service teams to innovate and evolve the product offer.
• Craft compelling positioning and customer-focused messaging that highlights product differentiators and connects solutions to customer needs.
• Develop strategic go-to-market marketing plans for investing products and advisory services, working with leadership to position products and services.
• Ensure end-to-end continuity of messaging across Marketing, Product, and Sales material.
• Measure effectiveness across dimensions to refine the selling system, guiding promotion strategy and evaluating return on marketing investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
• 12+ years of product/marketing experience with a proven track record of bringing consumer products and services to market.
• Understanding of the competitive marketplace.
• Exceptional cross-functional team management & influence skills.

• For remote positions, you will be required to provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection as well as a place in your home to work with limited disruption. You must have reliable connectivity from an internet service provider that is fiber, cable or DSL internet. You may be required to work in the office if you do not have an adequate home work environment and the required internet connection.
