Salary: $90,000–$95,000 base + $10,000–$15,000 performance bonus

What you will do

  • Analyze sales and customer success performance data to identify skill gaps and productivity opportunities
  • Design and lead enablement programs tied to product launches, messaging updates, and go-to-market priorities
  • Coach Sales and Customer Success executives and frontline managers on sales execution and deal strategy
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Revenue Operations to align enablement initiatives with product strategy
  • Gather insights from teams to refine enablement priorities and ensure alignment with evolving strategy

Requirements

  • Location: Toronto, Canada
  • 5+ years experience in sales, customer success, or other customer-facing roles
  • 3+ years experience in sales enablement, sales productivity, or sales training
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Interest in sustainability, ESG, and responsible business practices
