TL;DR

Major Client Advocate (AI): Managing strategic customer relationships and ensuring the adoption and measurable operational outcomes of an AI-enabled platform with an accent on translating technical delivery into sustained adoption, expansion, and long-term value. Focus on navigating ambiguity, structuring work across large organizations, and driving progress across internal and external stakeholders within the Canadian market.

Location: Remote (Canada-based) with significant travel required across Canadian customer sites, and periodic travel to the U.S.

Salary: $115,000 – $150,000 CAD Annually + Benefits + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end complex customer relationships for large and strategic deployments.
  • Ensure hirify.global delivers real and defensible impact at the executive level.
  • Operate as the primary partner to senior agency leaders, driving adoption and value.
  • Establish hirify.global's customer success presence and define best practices in the Canadian market.
  • Represent the voice of Canadian customers internally.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada and able to travel ~60% of the time, primarily within Canada with periodic travel to the U.S.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts.
  • Experience working in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes beyond initial go-live.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to partner with IT, Product, and Deployment teams.
  • English: C1 required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in public safety, government, or compliance-heavy environments, particularly within the Canadian context.
  • French language skills.
