What you will do
- Identify and source new strategic partners through inbound and outbound outreach.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective partners.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to signed agreements.
- Track and report recruitment effectiveness with insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to increase awareness of Channel initiatives.
- Travel to conferences, trade shows, and partner meetings as required.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto with hybrid work expectations
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience including cold-calling.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, organized, and process-oriented.
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or SalesNav.
