TL;DR

Senior Business Development Representative (eLearning): Promoting hirify.global products and services, establishing customer relationships, and providing qualified leads to sales teams with an accent on exceeding objectives within assigned territory and understanding hirify.global's unique value proposition. Focus on active participation in outbound calling campaigns, accurately capturing and qualifying leads, and updating customer interactions through CRM tools.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in Kitchener, Canada (3 days per week in office)

Salary: $40,000–$56,000 CAD (yearly)

What you will do

  • Promote hirify.global products and services and establish customer relationships.
  • Generate qualified leads for Sales teams through outbound calling campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting strategies and CRM processes.
  • Mentor team members, assist in training new hires, and contribute to internal courses.
  • Monitor sales inbox, respond to inquiries, and create lead generation content.
  • Conduct market research, stay updated on industry knowledge, and present sales reports to executive management.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in Business Development.
  • Previous experience in eLearning, the education sector, enterprise software, and/or high tech solutions providers preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Pro-active and goal-oriented with the ability to maintain consistent customer activity.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience using AI-powered sales engagement and CRM tools to optimize prospecting and outreach.
