What you will do

  • Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio within the Canadian automotive market.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Negotiate subscription rates and focus on proactive churn reduction.
  • Forecast sales pipelines and maintain accurate account records.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues regarding their subscriptions.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with dealership partners.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of sales experience in a closing role.
  • Proven track record in retention, nurturing, and managing renewals.
  • Strong proficiency in sales pipeline forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Adaptability to change within a rapidly evolving business environment.
