What you will do
- Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio within the Canadian automotive market.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate subscription rates and focus on proactive churn reduction.
- Forecast sales pipelines and maintain accurate account records.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues regarding their subscriptions.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with dealership partners.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of sales experience in a closing role.
- Proven track record in retention, nurturing, and managing renewals.
- Strong proficiency in sales pipeline forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Adaptability to change within a rapidly evolving business environment.
