What you will do

  • Maintain and grow hirify.global’ existing customer base within the Canada market.
  • Analyze performance data, re-negotiate subscription rates, and identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Actively manage accounts and mitigate customer churn.
  • Address and resolve customer issues related to their subscriptions.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of sales experience in a closing role within a target-driven sales environment.
  • Must have retention, nurturing, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell experience.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong client relationships.
  • Developed sales pipeline forecasting skills.
  • Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • English: B2 required.
