Salary: $124,400-$195,500 USD

What you will do

• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap for sleep and wellness product areas to maximize engagement and retention.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, market trends, and member feedback to align with company goals.
• Lead product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Establish and track clear success metrics such as adoption, engagement, and lifetime value.

Requirements

• Must permanently reside in the US and be based in New York City, Seattle, San Francisco, or Los Angeles.
• 3-5 years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching products or features.
• Experience managing mobile product delivery on iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health, consumer wellness, or enterprise wellness sectors.
