Engineering Project Team Leader (Motor & Generator Solutions): Leading the design and development of next-generation motor and generator technologies while advancing the performance, cost-effectiveness, and durability of current products with an accent on establishing project scopes, goals, and deliverables for motor component projects. Focus on effective communication with engineering, product management, leadership, and external partners, providing clear and timely updates.
Location: This position is located in Mossville, IL and requires 5-day a week on-site availability.
Salary: $128,470.00 - $192,710.00

What you will do
- Establish project scopes, goals, and deliverables for motor component projects.
- Work with business divisions to establish application requirements for motor components.
- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, product management, leadership, and external partners.
- Communicate risks, issues, and dependencies early while managing expectations.
- Track engineering labor hours and project costs while helping forecast resource needs.
- Leverage knowledge and experience of SMEs to improve design efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of technology and application methods.
- Expert knowledge of project management strategies and tactics.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of effective team building techniques.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of requirements analysis.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of product features.
Nice to have
- Experience designing components or systems for off‑road machines or the automotive industry.
- Experience with new product introduction.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
