What you will do

• Lead and mentor junior product managers, collaborating closely with the Senior Director of Product.
• Own product areas, define user needs, platform requirements, and manage the product roadmap from ideation to launch and iterations.
• Drive product lifecycle execution including market research, competitive analysis, backlog management, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align product strategy and support go-to-market efforts.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across operational and executive levels.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of product/technical management experience in InsurTech, FinTech, or Financial Services.
• Strong technical background with 3+ years in platform or enterprise SaaS product development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology or related field.
• Experience delivering cloud-native, modern tech stack products with customer and sales channel focus.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

Nice to have

• Experience in Life & Annuity or Underwriting products.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar data tools.
• Experience in Agile environments.
