Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for key member-facing experiences to find high-quality, cost-effective care
• Define and own product roadmaps aligned with company goals and member needs
• Drive discovery and ideation for new healthcare shopping and personalization capabilities
• Map member healthcare journeys to identify innovation opportunities
• Use data, experimentation, and user insights to inform decisions and measure success
• Partner with engineering to scope initiatives, define MVPs, and deliver solutions through Agile development
• Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers and designers to ship product improvements
• Influence product direction across teams and collaborate on platform strategy
• Establish strong product practices and documentation to improve team efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years product management experience focused on search engines or data analytics platforms
• Expertise in user-facing applications with strong design and UX sense
• Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Must reside in California
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
