Lead Product Management (Data Platform): Building and scaling a unified data platform across hirify.global’s Capital Access Platform (CAP) division with an accent on data matching, mapping, and mastering capabilities. Focus on driving innovation, enabling data interoperability, and unlocking speed and scale across complex financial datasets.

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA (USA) or Toronto, ON (Canada), requiring at least 3 days a week in-office.

Salary: $121,000–$170,000 USD (base pay range yearly)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for core data platform capabilities, focusing on data matching, mapping, and mastering.
• Shape and evangelize a platform vision to unlock scale, velocity, and innovation for financial datasets.
• Lead development efforts for infrastructure, tools, and processes supporting scalable, reliable data solutions.
• Champion user needs by conducting research, translating technical concepts into requirements, and defining success metrics.
• Partner with engineering, data operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality platform solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in product management focusing on platform, data, or technology infrastructure products.
• Hands-on experience with financial data and modern data platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern data engineering fundamentals, including pipelines, ETL/ELT, data operations, and data lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Must be eligible to work hybrid from Atlanta, GA (USA) or Toronto, ON (Canada).

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience with Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality.
• Familiarity with cloud-native data platforms and modern data stack technologies (e.g., Spark, Databricks).
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.
• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
