What you will do
- Own customer success across assigned accounts, coordinating resources to deliver outcomes
- Develop strong relationships and conduct regular success reviews with customers
- Drive adoption and ROI of AI-driven contact centre technology
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with understanding of Dutch business culture
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support customer initiatives
- Travel up to 25–30% primarily to the Netherlands for customer engagements
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or similar
- 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS, telecom, or contact centre environments
- Strong ability to translate technical and AI capabilities into business value
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Experience managing multiple complex customer accounts
