What you will do

  • Own customer success across assigned accounts, coordinating resources to deliver outcomes
  • Develop strong relationships and conduct regular success reviews with customers
  • Drive adoption and ROI of AI-driven contact centre technology
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with understanding of Dutch business culture
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support customer initiatives
  • Travel up to 25–30% primarily to the Netherlands for customer engagements

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or similar
  • 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS, telecom, or contact centre environments
  • Strong ability to translate technical and AI capabilities into business value
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
  • Experience managing multiple complex customer accounts

  • Familiarity with databases, SQL, or scripting fundamentals
