What you will do
- Develop strong relationships with day-to-day users and key decision-makers.
- Advise customers on best practices and optimization strategies.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS).
- Mitigate churn risk.
- Provide feedback for product improvements and feature requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CSM in a SaaS environment or experience in Finance with a desire to transition to a CSM role.
- Excellent communication and consultative approach.
- Ability to independently manage a customer portfolio.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Passion for customer experience.
- Experience in Fintech or Finance teams.
