What you will do

  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with business objectives and product roadmap.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction and retention, driving timely resolution.
  • Conduct business reviews, present value realization, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Drive product adoption through best practices, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with sales teams for onboarding and account transitions.
  • Mentor junior Customer Success Managers as needed.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work remotely within the United Kingdom.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years in customer success or account management in software/technology, preferably CAD/PLM/IoT.
  • Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts and driving customer value.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally.
