What you will do

  • Coach and develop a Customer Success team to achieve growth, retention, and satisfaction goals.
  • Monitor and optimize team performance through data-driven insights and KPIs.
  • Lead collaborative team meetings and foster a strong team culture.
  • Manage daily operations including goal setting and task allocation.
  • Drive departmental and organizational goals aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK (remote UK only).
  • 6+ years experience in Customer Success within security or SaaS industries.
  • 3+ years leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and process optimization.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for in-person engagement and events.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with hirify.global or other password managers.
