Location: Anchored in the heart of Austin, TX, this hybrid role is typically in the office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at our bustling downtown Austin office. Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX or those willing to relocate unassisted.

What you will do

• Execute multiple monthly field events, handling research, budgeting, catering, vendor coordination, and onsite logistics.
• Track activities from leads generated at events to inventory of promotional items, coordinating shipments, tracking expenses, and managing vendors.
• Conduct research to identify regional marketing events and partnership opportunities, fostering relationships with contacts and vendors.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure events align with brand, budget, and objectives.
• Partner with social, email, and other marketing teams to develop and execute messaging for events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent recent events experience.
• 2+ years of experience in demand gen or lead gen.
• Experience supporting and working alongside fast-moving sales teams.
• Efficient and effective communicator with a strong written and verbal voice for internal and external audiences.
• Well-versed in using essential tools like Pardot, Zoom, Asana, Microsoft Suite, & Salesforce.
• This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
