TL;DR

Business Lead Life Sciences (Sales): Own account and market strategy for strategic life sciences organizations, building partnerships and driving revenue in regulated environments with an accent on multi-year partnership strategy, governance, and cross-functional orchestration. Focus on leading complex deal cycles, aligning scientific priorities with business outcomes, and managing regulated deployment challenges.

Location: San Francisco, New York, or London with hybrid work model (3 days in office per week)

Salary: $390,000 + equity

What you will do

  • Own account and market strategy for life sciences partners including segmentation, account plans, and executive mapping.
  • Translate scientific priorities and risk constraints into joint roadmaps and delivery plans.
  • Lead complex deal cycles including commercial structuring, pricing, and contracting.
  • Run partnership governance including executive steering, QBRs, and renewal plans.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to remove blockers and deliver partner outcomes on schedule.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities aligning scientific impact and partner value.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, New York, or London with hybrid presence.
  • 8+ years experience in enterprise GTM, strategic partnerships, or commercialization in regulated life sciences.
  • Proven track record of closing and expanding multi-year deals with executive-level engagement.
  • Experience building trust with clinical, regulatory, privacy, and safety stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills across scientific, technical, and executive audiences.
  • Ability to manage regulated environments and ensure inspection readiness.
