- Own customer onboarding and convert initial engagements into long-term contracts.
- Lead customer strategy focused on SEO, content, and AI visibility outcomes.
- Manage regular customer meetings and day-to-day communication.
- Translate performance metrics into clear business impact.
- Collaborate with editors and specialists to ensure quality execution.
- Identify renewal and expansion opportunities and support sales efforts.
Requirements
- 4–7 years experience in customer success, engagement management, or consulting.
- Strong background in SEO, content strategy, and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive renewals.
- Experience with growth-stage or enterprise marketing teams.
- Must have legal authorization to work in country of residence; no visa sponsorship.
- Must be located in South America with required time zone overlap.
