Location: Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 WFH in London

What you will do

• Analyze data using Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g. Looker) and turn it into clear, actionable insight.
• Build business cases, options papers, and senior-level presentations.
• Track initiatives, KPIs/OKRs, risks and dependencies; chase actions and ensure follow-through.
• Prepare concise briefing packs ahead of senior meetings.
• Identify operational gaps or bottlenecks and draft practical solutions.
• Support ad-hoc analysis as priorities shift in a fast growing environment.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with ambiguity.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets capability.
• Able to produce clear, high-quality slides quickly.
• Structured thinker with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and strong ownership.
• Comfortable working closely with senior executives.

Nice to have

• Exposure to BI tools (Looker / SQL).
