TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive, Player-Coach (SaaS): Managing a high-value portfolio of existing hirify.global customers and quarterbacking new channels and product launches with an accent on developing long-term account plans to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Focus on building executive relationships and delivering data-driven consulting to optimize pricing, checkout, and tax compliance.

What you will do

  • Own and grow a strategic book by managing a high-value portfolio of existing hirify.global customers, developing long-term account plans to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Lead the full sales cycle for demoing new features and closing complex cross-sell deals, working closely across both the customer and hirify.global stakeholders.
  • Build "multi-threaded" relationships with CFOs, CTOs, and Founders, positioning hirify.global as a critical partner in their global growth.
  • Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that provide actionable insights on how the customer can optimize their pricing, checkout, and tax compliance.
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" for our Product team, identifying common expansion blockers or feature requests from our largest sellers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience in tech, SaaS and/or billing/payments, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth within an existing customer base.
  • Experience with the "long game" of relationship building, comfortable navigating difficult renewals and pitching new product lines.
  • Technically minded with the ability to speak confidently about MoR (Merchant of Record) models, API integrations, and the nuances of global SaaS taxation.
  • A consultative seller who understands how changes in a customer's billing logic can impact their bottom-line GMV.
  • Collaborative leader who excels at "quarterbacking" internal teams, working seamlessly with Customer Success, Solutions Architects, and Legal.
  • Prior experience in the payments space or with subscription management tools.
