TL;DR
Senior Product Analyst (Fintech): Delivering trusted insights to inform decisions and improve the Current Account product with an accent on designing and evaluating statistically rigorous experiments to support rapid iterative product development. Location: Hybrid role requires you to come to our London office 2-3 days a week. You'll also have the option of working from abroad for up to 120 days a year!

What you will do
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and others, delivering trusted insights to inform decisions and improve the Current Account product.
- Design and evaluate statistically rigorous experiments to support rapid iterative product development as we test our way through uncertainty.
- Perform new analyses daily to answer open-ended questions and guide product strategy across the product.
- Define metrics that will be our source of truth for product performance, quality of user experience, and progress towards our key results.
- Own your analytics domain, proactively identifying opportunities for further analysis and prioritizing the highest impact work.
- Experiment at the cutting edge of LLM-enabled analytics, using new tools to automatically generate data and insight from natural language questions.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in an analytical role with strong data manipulation skills in SQL and/or Python.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment (e.g. fintech, start-up, consulting).
- Ability to thrive in an environment with unstructured, open-ended problems.
- Communicate clearly and explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be able to come to our London office 2-3 days a week.
Nice to have
- Experience in conducting experiments such as A/B tests and run causal analyses to isolate statistically significant impacts of product changes and other events.
- Experience in defining and building metrics to track product performance on conversion, activation, retention, and engagement.
- Experience using visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to deliver high quality self-serve data products.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders across different disciplines.
- Experience working with consumer-facing fintech (or similar) digital products.
