What you will do
- Develop and refine campaign strategies to drive retention and engagement.
- Build, launch, and monitor live messaging campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and create dashboards for monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Design, Data, and content teams.
- Contribute to product discovery and planning processes.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, UK.
- Passion for user experience and product-led growth.
- Experience with MarTech platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable).
- Experience with digital media or consumer products and subscription models.
- Strong data analysis, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Understanding of GDPR and data compliance.
- Confident use of AI tools to enhance work efficiency.
Nice to have
- Degree in data, human behaviour, or marketing-related subject (2:1 or above).
