What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of analytics-driven products and solutions.
• Ensure solutions are AI-ready for seamless interaction with data and models.
• Implement telemetry capacity forecasting and anomaly detection to prevent failures.
• Drive historical threshold analysis for metrics, logs, and traces.
• Enable self-service analytics and automated incident contextualization.
• Optimize data retention and lifecycle with analytics-driven policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in observability, analytics, or IT operations, ideally within highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of IT architectures across areas like trading systems and risk management.
• Experience working with monitoring, analytics, or automation solutions.
• Familiarity with telemetry data (metrics, logs, traces) and infrastructure monitoring concepts.
• Awareness of data analytics and automation practices related to performance, forecasting, or anomaly detection.
• Solid technical foundation in software delivery, infrastructure, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule based in the London HQ.
